With a full moon rising today I want to invite you to use its power to assist you in upcoming days and weeks.

 

Three steps to do so today:

– surrender it all to the Divine

– forgive others and move on

– forgive yourself for anything we think we have done

 

This is an amazing time to shed layers, release and create space.

 

I invite you to journal about these three things and set intention to let go of all that isn’t serving you anymore.

 

As not only we are experiencing a full moon this week we are also experiencing Mercury going retrograde.

 

Remember to be compassionate with yourself and others and create a space and time for you to refill your cup.
