All this time later, I am excited to return to the topic of working with fears, blocks and resistances to compassion because we have just had a new paper published in the journal Counselling and Psychotherapy Research titled “Therapist perspectives on working with fears, blocks and resistances to compassion in compassion focused therapy.”
