As we begin a study today in Matthew 26, Pastor Ford will explain that depression is not a sin. It can’t be.  Why?  Because according to scripture, Jesus was depressed, yet He never sinned.  That realization should be a relief to those of us who are suffering in silence. Because there is so much stigma attached to depression, many of us never admit how we feel, so we never get the help we need.
