RNIB’s new campaign for 2017 How I See is well underway after being launched in October. A film detailing day to day life and public perception of blind and partially-sighted people is available for all to view at the charity’s website. It features a variety of different people from around the country. Bernie Mullen from Northern Ireland is just one of them and she’s talking to RNIB’s Joe Kenny.
