Episode 29: A record 198 Pack fans in attendance at Odsal witnessed the Wolfpack come from behind, grabbing the Bulls by their horns, beating a combative Bradford side & putting a serious dent in the Bulls' race to secure a playoff berth for 2019.

Some very close results in both the Championship & Super League this week as three games were decided by a single drop goal point. A heavy defeat for the London Broncos piles the pressure on Danny Ward and his men with a 5 game run in to the end of the regular season making every game seem like a 'Grand Final'.

Ugly scenes down in Perpignan as clashes between Warrington & Catalans fans in the stands stem from on-field indiscretions and handbags. The RFL have since launched an independent investigation in to events and several players from both teams are cited for disciplinary action. Let's keep the biff ON FIELD!

Turning attention to the upcoming weekend, the Wolfpack get set to take on the #2 ranked team, the York City Knights, in a repeat of the season opener. Will Brian McDermott continue with squad load management and rest key players in the build up to the playoffs? Or will we see him start to get his top pairings and starters together for final tune ups?

Episode 28: In a week absent of Wolfpack game time, there was still plenty of quality action from two intense cup competition semi-finals as the Challenge Cup & inaugural 1895 Cup get down to the wire and some intriguing finals have been set up for what is sure to be a memorable weekend at Wembley Stadium. And in the Women's game, the 2019 Challenge Cup final was staged over the past weekend featuring Leeds Rhinos & Castleford Tigers.

The Community Spotlight shines far and wide this week and on both sides of the Canadian-US border line with the 2019 BCRL Grand Final taking part over the past weekend and the USARL Conference Semis coming up this weekend. The Copa Sud Americana 2019 has been postponed until 2020; down in NZ, the Women's National Competition was decided; and lastly the India Jungle Cats & El Salvador get set to face off in November.

Rob reveals what he gets up to in his spare time when the Pack aren't playing and divulges his simplified method for picking an NRL team to support as he reflects on club names and nicknames.

This coming weekend sees a number of crucial games in the Super League with the race for survival staying in high gear. How will new signings at the business end of the season affect the fortunes of the bottom clubs?

The Wolfpack are back in action against a Bradford Bulls side still in touching distance of the playoffs but with every game a must win in order to try and secure a berth. So listen in and com run with the Pack this Hunting SZN!

Episode 27: With victory over a spirited Widnes Vikings outfit, the Wolfpack sealed the minor premiership of the Betfred Championship 2019 season and were crowned "League Leaders" - but boy were they made to work for it!

It's a big week of news as the Community Spotlight shines on both sides of the Atlantic once again featuring the BCRL competition in Canada. In Europe the spotlight turns to Scotland, The Netherlands', Spain & Wales. Heading South from there, new ground is being broken in Cameroon and in Ghana the inaugural Ghanaian RL competition has been decided and a victor crowned.

Super League & Champsionship results from the past round of action have yet again turned up some surprising results. No upcoming action for either league this weekend as the focus shifts to the Semi-Finals of the Challenge Cup! Will we see some upsets there? Can Halifax pull off the ultimate David v. Goliath underdog story against St. Helens and march on to Wembley?

Episode 26: Tilly time at the The Den this week as the Two Howlers, Gareth & Rob, get in to the Wolfpack's tough fought win over a physical and combative Fev Rovers side featuring former Pack member, Jack Bussey, and his confrontation with Toronto's own "Boogeyman" & enforcer, Darcy Lussick. Should Darcy have been sent off, or was a yellow card enough?

With this win the Wolfpack are just one more away from being crowned Minor Premiers of the Betfred Championship in 2019. Can they take home the trophy this weekend against a lackluster Widnes Vikings side struggling to find consistent form? Or will they be made to wait another week?

The community spotlight is shone on Canadian Rugby League once again as the guys head West to beautiful British Columbia interviewing CRLA Vice Pres' & Vancouver Dragons club Pres', Johsua Knight. Josh gives insight in to the growth of the game on the West Coast including a historical first ever high-school match in BC!

Newcomers to the BCRL comp', the Point Grey Thunder, took home the 2019 Minor Premiership and now the business end of the season gets set to kick off with the semi-finals coming up. Farther afield, a historical first ever international recently took place in Brisbane between the 'India Jungle Cats' & 'Colombia Condores' with the former running out the victors.

Episode 25: A surprise visit from a furry friend just minutes before kick off provided some entertainment for the crowd at Lamport, and Jefferson Wolf further asserted his dominance over the much maligned mascot Gordo as Medieval Times made their return for the half time show.

The weather was oppressive with both teams feeling the effects of the heat and humidity in what was at times a sloppy affair by both squads. Ultimately though, the Wolfpack came away the victors.

The spotlight is shone both far and wide on the Community game this week as Paul Buchanan, founder of the Haldimand Wolfpack, joins the Two Howlers for a chat. The Ontario provincial champsionship concluded over the weekend with the Toronto City Saints; Spanish RL is set for it's first 'Oirign' game & South of the border giant strides are being taken towards the establishment of West Coast RL in California with a fledgling match up later this year.

Round up of the Super League & Championship sees some shaking and moving in both competitions. And the mysterious and oft confusing Championship playoff format comes under scrutiny from Rob & Gareth as they try to make heads or tails of what exactly is going on.

Episode 24: This week's episode kicks off with the Two Howlers dissecting another Wolfpack win over Batley to maintain their 10 point lead at the top of the Championship table in what was perhaps the Pack's sloppiest game ever with no fewer than 19 errors in the game and set completion rate of just 59%.

It's been a rich week for Rugby League news around the world featuring the Lebanese RL Fed' who seem set to implode from within; MLSE-Wolfpack take over rumours; cross-code moves from Union to League and much much more!

Another week of possibly season defining results in the Super League as Leeds climb 3 places up the table & London come crashing back down to Earth after a big loss. Four teams are still very much in a 'race to the bottom' and have it all to play for. In the Championship, have Widnes already begun to wave the white flag on their season after a HUGE loss to Bradford? Clear top & bottom halves appear in the standings as the race for playoff spots continues with no fewer than 6 teams in touching distance and everything to play for each week.

Episode 23: This week the Two Howlers, Rob & Gareth, dissect the Pack's recent home win over promotion rivals, a spirited Toulouse Olympique team.

The Community Spotlight focuses heavily on the local game here in Canada and the Americas as the RFLI have announced a men's and women's tour of Serbia by the Canada Wolverines & Ravens respectively. Junior Rugby League is starting to take shape locally in Southern Ontario as the Georgina Griffins begin their inaugural season and the Haldimand Wolfpack will host a "Give Rugby a Go" event this Saturday down in Caledonia.

Rounding up the Super League & Championship in a weekend of big results as London secure a huge win (3rd in a row) towards their Super League safety; and the Barrow Raiders halt Fev's recent charge up the table in a shock away win. It's all to play for in both competitions this season!

Lastly Rob reaches rock bottom as he dumpster dives his own garbage for a sweet treat - 'Garbage Cake'. Do we need to start a GoFundMe for him?
