Antonio Dewar, a 54-year-old entrepreneur and mentor, is a proud father of two daughters and a recent widower. His journey began in business development and finance, but after facing diabetes complications in 2013, spending the entire year in and out of the hospital. he found himself reevaluating his path.

In 2014, after being released by his doctors to go back to work, Antonio briefly worked as a personal assistant, a role that introduced him to the owner of an independent record label in Memphis, Tennessee. Antonio saw this opportunity as God correcting his path to align with his purpose for his life. Starting as the Director of Strategic Sales and Marketing, he showcased his organizational and corporate management skills, organizing an 11-event, three-day weekend that earned him recognition. This experience led to his promotion to Chief Operations Officer.

Antonio’s late wife, Angela, first saw his passion and talent at an event during the 2015 CIAA Tournament, inspiring him to start his own record label. In April 2022, HASS Music LLC was launched, quickly making strides by taking three artists to perform at the A3C Music Festival in Atlanta within six months. The label secured international distribution, reaching 300 retail locations in 147 countries, and expanded to include a modeling agency.

Now operating as The HASS Entertainment Corporation, with an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and nearly 10 years in business, the company includes a record label, talent agency, casting, and production services. In summer 2022, HASS launched Angie TV, a streaming platform unifying all entertainment components under one brand.

HASS Productions’ latest project being brought to life is A Mother’s Love, a gripping TV series on human trafficking, showcasing the lengths a mother will go to save her daughter. Antonio’s nearly decade-long journey reflects resilience, innovation, and a dedication to shaping the entertainment industry.

A guitarist since the age of nine, Dr. Doug Syme has performed in nearly every conceivable type of ensemble throughout a career that has spanned four decades. From solo jazz or classical guitar, duos with innumerable instrumentalists and / or vocalists, rock, blues, jazz, funk, R&B, big band, and musical theater, Dr. Syme has done it all. He is also quite active as a teacher, maintaining an active private teaching studio, serving as the director of jazz studies at the Milwaukee HS of the Arts from 2001-2023 (MHSA), the rhythm section coach for WI state honors jazz ensemble (2020-2022), and was the Wisconsin Music Education Association (WMEA) state chair for jazz education (2014-2018). He is currently adjunct faculty, teaching guitar, at the University of WI Whitewater.
