Vanessa is an accomplished licensed Esthetician with a career spanning since 2016. She holds six certifications in various advanced skincare techniques, continually expanding her expertise.

Vanessa initially founded and operated Skin Evolved, a successful business she opened in 2016. Her dedication to her craft earned her significant recognition, including the prestigious Best Facial award from Milwaukee’s A-List in 2019 and a nomination for Best Facial Spa by the Mequon Chamber of Commerce in 2020.

In 2020, she made the difficult decision to close her doors and move to Florida to support her then-husband's career. Unfortunately, their marriage ended, and Vanessa returned home to Milwaukee with her two-year-old daughter. Just one week after returning to Milwaukee, the COVID-19 pandemic caused the world to shut down, creating additional challenges.

Vanessa was determined in her goal to reopen her spa. To support her daughter and gather the necessary resources for her business, she juggled multiple part-time jobs and various side hustles. In 2022, she found love again. She fell in love with Edwin, a longtime close friend. They decided to give their relationship a try and have been inseparable ever since. With Edwin's love and encouragement, Vanessa successfully opened EpidermiSpa in 2022.

In addition to her professional achievements, Vanessa is a dedicated and loving mother to her soon-to-be eight-year-old daughter, Ariella, who brings so much joy and love into her life. Building a successful business is so important to Vanessa. She wants to teach her daughter to always pursue her passions. She wants to create something meaningful and potentially achieve financial independence for her family.

Front & Back 9 Junior Golf Academy, founded by Darryel, is a community enhancement organization designed to engage youth in the Triangle area through extracurricular activities that promote physical wellness and positive mental health.
