Peter Dankelson is the inspiration and musician for Pete’s Diary, a company that amplifies the power of positivity and self-acceptance.  

Pete's Diary was originally a journal Peter's Mom kept after he was born prematurely with more than ten birth defects. Peter was diagnosed with Goldenhar Syndrome and lived in the NICU for nearly 4-months.  He is 19 years old and has undergone 35 surgeries.

Peter found his passion for playing guitar at the age of 15 and used it to get through his toughest recoveries. He is a lover of blues and classic rock.

After working his way through and up to corporate America and reaching the perceived success level of managing a $580M labor line and over 22,000 employees across the US, Canada, & Puerto Rico. Josh Knutti says he was never satisfied. So he set out on his own to acquire a $10M corporation.

After working and negotiating to get the deal done for over a year it finally was revealed to him that the seller had used him to increase the price and sold the company 3 days later for cash. This sent Josh in a negative mental health spiral so bad that he ended up in a fleabag motel with Jack Daniel, cocaine, & a shotgun ready to end his life. Thankfully the gun literally malfunctioned and it did not go off. 

After he did A LOT of work virtually trying everything to regain his mental health & positive self-image it was at that point that he realized that one of the main reasons why he was in that motel was because of his thoughts and the way he viewed the world. It was at this time that he vowed to spend the rest of his time, money, and life to help as many people OverCome life's obstacles, the biggest one being themselves
