Author of Talent Liberation: The Blueprint to Performance Management in the New World of Work, Deborah says she has created an agile, adaptable framework to measure performance in both quantitative and qualitative terms.
When she’s not writing or speaking on a stage somewhere, Deborah is happiest when training, facilitating or coaching. She especially enjoys working with leaders and teams to build trust, promote psychological safety and improve collaboration.
Originally from South Africa, Deborah relocated to the UK in early 2021. She is currently working on her second book and going on as many adventures as possible.

- You've been known to be very outspoken about the need for a redefinition of "good performance". Tell us more about what you mean
- In your first book, Talent Liberation, you introduced a new performance management framework. Can you briefly talk us through the 4 elements to the DIRC model?
