Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging should all have a place within your organization.  Before moving to implement a program, it's important to understand what each area is and how it will be impacted.  To get started, one must first understand what Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging mean and how it can help to exact positive change.

Perhaps the job market is signaling changes that employers have yet to consider.  Are employees exiting the job market, or simply entering a better designation?

Leading a remote team is simple, well at least on the surface.  It requires consistent check-ins but not too many.  Following these steps should help you work with your team to ensure that the organizational initiatives are met, mutual respect is intact, and motivation is continued.
