Struggling with chronic pain and emotional issues, Dr. Chris Belfry embarks on a journey to help others heal from the inside out, uncovering the hidden ironies of the healing process and inspiring others to be their own inner healer.
You will learn how to unlock the power of the mind-body connection to experience a healthier, wiser and more fulfilled life!
"Your help is within. And just think about it as a cut. When you cut your skin, you don't have to ask your body to heal it. It just naturally does it. And your body can do that inside." - Dr. Chris Belfry
Dr. Chris Belfry is a coach and teacher who helps awaken the healer within. He has dedicated his life to helping people understand and heal their physical and emotional traumas.
Chris Belfry was always driven to help people, even as a child. After a serious car accident, he felt an inner knowing that he was meant to help even more. He pursued an education in exercise science and learned about the power of the placebo effect. He then looked into chiropractic, learning several techniques and creating his own. Through asking why questions, he discovered the emotional aspect of healing, and that some people were holding onto traumas from their childhood. In this episode, you will learn the following:
1. Uncover the power of the mind to affect physical health and well-being

At age twelve, the same year his pitching lost his team the opportunity at the world series, Justin Schenk's hip shattered into five pieces.
Soon after, his other hip needed surgery.
Over the next four years he was in and out of hospitals for surgeries spending half that time on crutches or in a wheelchair.
Those years sucked. But they were the training ground that would ultimately turn Justin into the man he is today. He learned how to deal with adversity, how to ask the right questions, and how to adjust when things get rough.
He parleyed that adversity into a career as an entrepreneur and podcaster. He started the Growth Now Movement podcast in 2016 and has since gone on to interview Ed Mylett, Joel Marion, Sarah Centrella, Andy Frisella and more huge names.
We talk about his new role as a fiancé, what it's like to be a bonus dad, and so much more!

Invisible problems are hard to shake.
It's not that they are impossible to fix.
It's that you don't acknowledge they are there.
It's one thing to try 1,000,000 diets and fail. It's another thing to not realize you need to eat better.
Mark Dulaney, The Health Millionaire, shares boatloads of insight into human behavior and the reasons why we're stuck in our health.
Tune in to find out how to root out invisible problems and the perspective you need to succeed on your New Years resolutions.

One horse alone can pull 8000 pounds.
Two horses pulling together can pull 24000 pounds.
If two horses are trained together as a team they can pull up to 32000 pounds.
Collaboration is the key to pulling more together.
In this episode of ABC Lunchbreak Andrew, Ben, Brandon, and Christine talk about how you can grow your business with the magic of collaborative connections.
One of the tricky topics we'll dove into was how do you know how much each person needs to be pulling when it comes to a collaborative project?
In college there tended to be four types of group members: those that were gunning for an A+ and carried the team, those that showed up and played a bit part, those that showed up to the first few meetings and didn't really add much, and that one guy that was assigned to your group and only showed up at the end to sign his name.
In work and business it can be similar. Trust, equity, and conflict are critical to drawing out each team members best work when it comes to a group effort. Each team members best effort doesn't always mean equal effort, which is where things start to get sticky!
Tune in to this episode to hear more about this topic and many more!

Have you ever been so frustrated that you wanted to break something?
Perhaps you've always wondered what would happen if you took a sledgehammer to a mirror.
Or threw a TV against a wall.
In my teenage years I had plenty of opportunities to learn how to fix damage to drywall because I couldn't control my emotions.
Now, there's a solution out there that can help reduce stress, create a group experience, and just have some plain ol' fun.
Steven Shortino, owner of iSMASH, a rage room and entertainment facility, has taken his business from one location to multiple and has opened up franchising opportunities for others who want to bring the rage room concept to their hometown.
What's a rage room you ask? "A room where people can vent their anger by destroying objects."
Anger isn't the only reason people show up, though.
Find out who uses rage rooms, how Steven turned his business into a franchise, and how he got the wild idea to get into the industry in the first place.

The secret to success as an influencer relies solely on your ability to afford plastic surgery. There's no other way to make it in this day and age.
Just kidding!
In today's show Alex Sunshine, a marketer that focuses on working with influencers to sell and market products, shares the top takeaway that we can glean from the most successful influencers in the game: the Kardashians.
Yes we can get a butt lift, tummy tuck, and date/marry wildly crazy celebrities to increase our fame and notoriety. But that's not the only way to influence people online.
What the Kardashians leveraged and utilized better than anyone was this: they allowed people into their lives and people got to know them.
That's it.
Even if your only goal in using marketing and social media is to build your business or stay connected with friends/loved ones this lesson can still be applied.
Make sure you're letting people see the real you. Invite people in. And give them front seats to the $^&% show once in awhile.
