We have focussed on one element, which is the monitoring aspect of this segment as we decided to do a whole separate episode on Incident investigation as it has its own HSG document so that will follow shortly!

Monitoring that what you had planned and implemented is actually being done and achieving what you wanted to achieve is such an important part on H&S management so this element is VITAL to any system and when it highlights gaps, that's even more important because you can make positive improvements.
