Huntsville Utilities must've gotten a goodly amount of pushback on their proposal to hike water rates from the previous meeting. They came in full company with backup from engineering firm -- to sell it harder. That's a thing that happened -- the vote was postponed. And maybe you'll be interested in a few other observations I happened to espouse! Thanks for listening.
