As one of the most prolific rushers in Auburn Football history, Carnell “Cadillac” Williams has seen it all as a football player. While enduring adversity throughout his playing career, Caddy was selected 5th overall in the 2005 NFL Draft and earned Rookie of the Year honors with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Transitioning between different roles on the field, he embraced learning from veterans and serving his teammates, which ultimately led him into coaching and raised his love for the gridiron. Jeff Schmedding is vocal on authentic leadership, accountability, and intentional relationships. He bet on himself and spent 15 seasons with Eastern Washington helping lead the program to two FCS National Championship games. He’s coached a Super Bowl MVP, and is currently Auburn Football’s defensive coordinator.
