Hello my name is HUECLOUDS and this is the story of the time that i pretty much decided to loose my online business that louie and I built in over a year, alongside his sister. Money, time and lack of focus and skill is responsible for the awful current outcome of my choices on how i spent my time this past year. I am currently trying to be more organized and more motivated to work even harder and make the most money doing more practical things and perhaps come back even stronger to this business when louie and i are in a better financial and mental space. We are so young and we are only getting wiser. I am constantly making attempts at making a name and brand for myself even if it seems chaotic because that's what life is. Life is chaotic and unfocused, life loves to throw curve balls at you and is full of changing your mind. I truly hope everyone is having an easier time making decisions than I am and for everyone to find the focus they need more of in their life. Motivation : about 2 years ago i used to think of motivation as self, i still do but now i understand why. 

Motivation is not something you find, or get from someone else. Inspiration is.. 

Motivation is something that's already inside of YOUR SELF 

The main reason why many people can't seem to motivate themselves is because they haven't move tiny steps towards the direction to where they can see themselves do it, 

The second reason which is the most POWERFUL reason you WON"T DO IT is because you already told yourself you couldn't.

I used to do the same thing, i used to think to myself " but i could never be that good!" and so i wasn't even giving myself a fair chance to even begin. 

We gotta be very careful with the way we talk to ourselves and i know most times this negativity isn't our fault. 

It starts with other negative people who tell others what they already think of themselves, and then they tell us how much we suck and we believe them... and the cycle continues... 

it's up to you to block and build  yourself up by always respecting yourself first. Defend your dream, with your life because they're both the same thing. When your dreams die so does the human carrying it along. Defend it and DEFEND YOURSELF. #selfmotivated #hueclouds #selfrespect

Hey :) Today I want to talk about something I witnessed at work which was the mistreatment and miscommunication of the boss and one of his kids and the creation of long term resent in the flesh. Now I love to learn from my own mistakes yet if I know something is a mistake and eyewitnesses done from somebody else to somebody else that is not me I want to learn from that just to prove to myself that could happen to me too. I believe there is easier and better ways to speak to your kids the get them to respect you still but to listen to you as well it's all about communication and saying things in the right way. Some parents may think I want them to make their kids soft and no. I want your kids to look up to you and respect you and talk to other people with respect so they can have a long-term great relationship with you and other people. That's what I'm after. I also am talking about today about the problems in self demeaning talk in words from other people to you in the workplace and how to not only not feel as if these things are towards you but you understand really where those words are coming from so they don't hurt you instead you can use them as weapons of knowledge two later on make a better case for yourself and come out of their winning clean and with respect. I discussed how I notice that people sometimes lose sight of their dreams therefore they feel like their work environment is now their home so when things are done a certain way in your home and you don't like them because that's not the way they should be you know you tend to lash out or treat other people as if they're doing something wrong just because they're not doing that your way. This is because of as I said lack of focus of Dreams lack of self-belief and lack of taking more risks. The work environment is a borrowed bank- is a borrowed space. Nothing more nothing less. So what my advice is for everyone is to just look at work as it should be which is a vehicle for you to make money in order to fund yourself and fund your lifestyle and your house and your goals and your dreams so you can get the f*** out of there as soon as you can and do better and bigger things. That is my definition of a job. I don't have to get used to it I only have to do it right and as long as I want to and for who I want to. And you can say that i said it @hueclouds. Day by day there is new and more entrepreneurs coming up with new ways to make money and give opportunity to those people who cannot give it to themselves or doesn't know how to give it to themselves so the world we live in now in the world we're headed to is full of creatives and it's full of compassion and advancement with technology involved so do not ever feel like you're stuck because all a job is is a temporary place where you put labor in and they give you money so you can later on do whatever you want with your time they don't own you you are helping them and day need you they need people like you they need people like me so keep your head up and stay focused. In this episode we spoke about the final results on Inktober as my second year begin committed to becoming a full time artist. This 2019 years prompts were challenging yet very fun, there was progress compared to last years inktober (first year) and how i feel about not completing all the prompts but improving a lot more than i thought i would have by now, something must be working. 

I also jumped quick on how i manage to fund my dreams , having a normal job and pursuing a creative career while not having the best time at my "regular job" but nonetheless finding comfort in the mere presence and sound of one of my favorite podcasts around " THE GARY VEE AUDIO EXPERIENCE" 

this sound, and message in the podcast and the mere presence of Mr. Gary Vaynerchuk got me through the day and reminded me why i do podcasts in the first place. 

I truly believe success is a chain of actions and the more actions you take the more hope and push there is. 

If i have gotten too caught up in the quote on quote "real world" then there will be less hope for me and the rest of the people who may look up to me, now i am not going to get caught up in it because in order for all of us to succeed and open doors for those who may  be even more stuck than us, and me, we must keep going , keep pushing and keep creating more content with opportunity and a new mindset for all to follow. 

We are all already part of something big, the internet itself. 

The internet has been around for some time now so it has become a tool of everyday but we must not forget its power, the ability we now have to introduce ourselves over and over again to new people, and new and bigger opportunities. 

This bigger world belongs to the creatives who have been in the shadows for so long, the internet is for those who dream and see more to this everyday life than most people who seem like they have given up, but it does not discriminate those who want to wake up.

The internet is all of us, and we are ALL PART OF SOMETHING BIG. 

where you would spend your time the most, that's where you need to introduce yourself by making the kind of media that you are watching, listening, or consuming on the platform and platforms.

Making money online is everyone's dream, it sounds like a fairy tale made for the laziest and brightest people who have a product or service they built and don't have to do anything or move a finger. Ah almost like MAGIC. SKKRRRRRT* 

The truth is it's very possible for most normal intelligent with average IQ people. 

Making money online is a very possible thing to do for all of us, thanks to the internet we all possess that opportunity and the gate is open  but making money online also requires work, it is just making anything you would in real life and giving it a home for people around the world to find and buy.

finding costumers, making or providing a service to someone, offering value in any kind emotional, physical or health wise, spiritual, numbers you name it. It's very possible. 

The problem is : many people just want to make MONEY, it's like if you asked me " i wanna make mad tips, cash, everyday, what do i do? i would respond with " become a server/waitress" and you're not going to like my answer even though it is TRUE. 

I recently "yesterday" i got a Direct message/mail from someone from over seas who was asking me ' I want to make money online, show me how" 

i said " okay, what are you focused on, what do you do? , what do you like to do?

it was a whole hour of back and forth nothingness just a lot of " I WANT TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE, TELL ME HOW? "! now here is the thing, there is money in EVERYTHING 

sell cat litter? make it PURPLE make it , glow in the dark I DUNNO that's probably not safe, but i told this person, listen i am willing to sit down with you and find what your passion is but you have to give me something to work with man. YOU CANNOT NO MATTER WHAT I TELL YOU, YOU WILL NOT PULL OFF MAKING MONEY IF THERE'S NOTHING THAT YOU MAKE OR HAVE THAT SOMEONE ELSE WANTS, WANTING TO MAKE MONEY REQUIRES SOME VALUE IN RETURN ' 

The last thing i said was this: Everything you want or wish for has in some way or some how been done by someone else before, look at what they did, how they did it and most importantly do it YOUR WAY not their way YOUR WAY. No one like duplicates.. 

GOOGLE IS FREE, GOOGLE IS YOUR FRIEND. 

GUT IS THE MOTHER, AND GOOGLE IS THE FATHER OF ALL ENTREPRENEURS - Hueclouds

i am here to help and chat and everything else even as i am very busy but making money online isn't a magic trick, there is somehow ways to automatize it and build softwares for people who need them. Build them once and have them working for you forever. 

the problem is YOU STILL HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO BUILD IT AND BECOME A MASTER OR TINY MASTER AT WHAT YOU WANT TO SELL 

now this episode is to take the "mythicallity" out of making money online. It is possible but it is NOT for lazy people, and here's why
