Hueman Journey

In Episode 2, I talk about insomnia and how it can affect your mental health. I talk to 'The Fantastic Jordyn Show' about her Youtube channel, and brought Omid back for the "Shady Path" segment, where we discuss the Apple glitch and the horrible hate crime against Jussie Smollett. I talk about the Netflix movie "IO" and decide to take on a new routine. Don't forget to send your  questions to [email protected] or call 612-255-8593!

In Episode 1, I dive deep into social anxiety and how it affected Avicii, the DJ, and affects so many people around us. I take some listener questions with Omid and discuss pop culture. Okay, okay, I had SOME rants but that’s just what I do best. Don't forget to send your questions to [email protected] or call 612-255-8593!
