After some discussion about Hug Nation, we get into the juicy stuff.  Was Anthony Bourdain’s suicide actually the result of a conspired murder? I saw this claim posted in my Facebook feed and it became a powerful tool to look at my brain, conspiracy theories, and cognitive bias.

We celebrated our 100th 1st Saturdays this weekend.  And, inspired by some words by Ram Dass, I discuss why these 8 years of outreach have been so inspiring and uplifting (instead of draining.) The key is Oneness.
