Hugo describes growing up and community life in post World War 2 England. He lived in the small town of Ware.
Then we embark on his journey from being at home growing up as the middle child of three. To boarding at Shrewsbury School. After school we hear how his business, Moray Maltings began. Captivating stories take us through over 20 years of Scottish Maltings in the 1970s and 1980s. How the business worked with Farmers and educational establishments to develop seed. We finish as the business is sold to Scottish and Newcastle Breweries in 1986.
