In this episode of Human Be(com)ing Podcast, Julia McCarthy, psychic medium and intuitive life coach, and I have a honest conversation about the duality that comes with embracing your intuitive gifts. We talk about the conflicts that arise in friendships and family dynamics when your truth brushes up against someone else's belief system, the misinformation that has been spread for centuries about intuitive development, and we even share some of our personal experiences navigating this path.
Both Julia and I are incredible open in this conversation to promote hope for anyone on this path. We want you to know that you're not alone, you're not crazy, and you as well as your magic are so needed in this world, especially now.

In this episode of Human Be(com)ing Podcast, I'm sitting down with close friend, Jeramy Allen (known as Jae), to talk openly about mental health! Jae and I met online close to 7 years ago as we were both navigating our own mental health healing journeys. To come full circle and be able to collaborate on advocacy projects is quite magical! Jae calls himself a "Breathing Advocate" for mental health, emotional intelligence, and suicide prevention. After majoring in Psychology, Jae had his boots on the grounds in his own community for suicide prevention and was a member of the Suicide Coalition Board. He is currently creating a mental health focused clothing line called "Talk About It" and plans to donate funds to charities with each release. Jae's focus is Peer Counseling because he believes that we (fellow advocates and survivors) are the catalyst to the people we care for, whether it's personal or not, to seek and gain clarity and love they deserve.
We talk about the importance of speaking out and seeking out support. We both aim to normalize the conversation around mental health and inspire others to do the same.

In this solo podcast episode, I'm embracing my sacred rage and advocate archetype within to speak about the toxic narratives perpetuated by the coaching / self- development / spiritual community. It has become common to see manipulative marketing disguised as magnetism, manifestation, abundance, and more.
This is my truth - through my lens. Take what serves you and leave what doesn't.
All I know is that we have to do better.

In this episode, I invited my good friend, Gwen Seyfried, on the podcast to talk about the duality that often comes with exploring your spiritual path. Gwen and I openly share about our personal experiences of questioning our childhood belief systems and the confusion, fear, and grief that accompanies it. In addition, we talk about the beauty that surrounds this journey and we offer our love to anyone currently moving through this. Our intention for this episode is not to convert, convince, or change anyone's belief systems. Our intention is to vulnerably share about the transition from organized religion to a space of exploration, openness, and discovering what feels true for you as an individual rather than staying subscribed to beliefs that may not.
Gwen and I talk openly about our personal struggles in regards to this topic so please be mindful of any triggers you may have around religion and spirituality.
