This week's EP features Sean Muldoon. Sean is currently the VP of Performance for the Seattle Sounders of the MLS. Sean joined the Seattle Sounders performance staff during the 2016 season as an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach/Sports Scientist, then spent three and a half years as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach before being promoted to his current role. In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, Sean organizes the annual Sounders Sports Science Seminar. The 2020 Virtual Sports Science Seminar raised over $45,000 for the Sounders COVID-19 Relief Fund. It featured speakers from the US Men's National Team, Borussia Dortmund, Rangers FC, Everton FC, LA Clippers, Seattle Seahawks, and Seattle Kraken. Prior to joining the Sounders, Sean spent three years with the Charlotte 49ers Men’s Soccer program as the Sports Performance Coach and one year with the Miami Hurricanes Men’s Basketball team as the Strength & Conditioning Coach. A native of Chicago, IL, Muldoon currently resides in Renton, WA with his wife Brooke, 4-year-old daughter Stella, and 2-year-old son Jones. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, running, practicing Spanish, listening to Hip Hop, being involved within the ManKind Project community, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.  Enjoy
