Today's show is all about making friends. We've been talking about friends generally on the YouTube channel, but I wanted to dive a little deeper into how a lot of us end up in a place in life without the friendships we need or would like, and there are things we can do about it.

One of the strangely most difficult things to do as a human adult, is making friends. Once we're past the artificial environments of school (and sometimes work), it's unusually hard sometimes to make and keep friends. Riffing off the YouTube Channel video last week, I talk about some ways that are relatively easy to make friends.

Recovery can mean a lot of things. For me it's been pretty specifically about recovery from alcohol but it's also been about recovering from the pain of being a human being. Whatever the thing you are recovering from might be, there's things that can help anyone heal.
