  • My Conditionless Life

As of this week, I decided to experience my life

    FULLY without any conditions.

I am calling it a conditionless life :)

Even though my life used to be full of conditions as you can see below,

    I removed most of it.

But I still noticed myself how my pattern continued something like:

"I should do something so I can get something so I can feel a certain way".

If your life is full of conditions like mine used to be:

If I work for the UN, I can make a big change and have made it.

If I fulfill everyone's expectations of me, I am a good person.

If I want a lot of money, I must not be a good person.

If I dont rock the boat at work, I will get my next contract.

If I work for the system, I am stable and safe.

I work for the UN, I will make decent amount of money.

Then you need to watch this. How I solved it and how my experience has been since then.

  • Mastering reality: August experiment results

In this video I share how I realized I was unconsciously creating a reality I didn’t actually want—through my beliefs, emotions, and identity—and how I began shifting into the identity of a “$9B coach” to create different results. You’ll learn:How your beliefs and emotional state quietly shape your outcomesThe belief–emotion “combos” that keep you stuck in struggleHow to intentionally step into a new identity and create from that placeIf you want to act from your most powerful self instead of recycling the same old limits, this is for you. • The paradox: we have no data, we treat it like proof

There is a paradox I keep seeing in myself, in my clients, and especially in humanitarians who want to create big, meaningful impact:We say we’re afraid of failure, afraid of going for the bold dream, afraid of doing the work that actually matters to us.We don’t like that “truth,” yet we keep accepting it as if it’s a fixed fact of life. And once we accept it, we quietly sign up for a lifetime of struggling inside that “truth” instead of questioning whether it was ever true to begin with.Today I want to explore:Why we cling to limiting “truths” without any real dataHow your brain defends those truths in very sophisticated waysWhat happens when you consciously choose new truths about who you are and what you’re capable ofHow this shows up for humanitarians who want a million-dollar impactThe Paradox: We Have No Data, But We Treat It Like ProofHere’s the core paradox that fascinates me:We decide, often based on a handful of experiences (or even pure speculation), things like:“I am afraid of failure.”“I’m not the kind of person who builds something big.”“It’s not possible for me to have both meaning and money.”“I can’t make a million-dollar impact.”Then we start living as if these are objective facts. But think about it:We don’t actually have data on what we’re capable of, because we haven’t tried creating that new reality yet.We have no real evidence that our boldest dreams are impossible—we only have stories our brain repeats for self-preservation.We take past experiences (or a lack of experiences) and turn them into a permanent baseline for the rest of our lives. So we end up in this strange situation:The unknown—our untested capabilities, unexplored impact, uncreated realities—is dismissed as “not true.”Our fear-based interpretations (“I’ll fail,” “They’ll judge me,” “I can’t do this”) become the only “truth” we respect. And then we live our entire life inside that small, suffocating version of reality. • Commanding 100k/week energy

Commanding 100K-Per-Week Energy: An Experiment in Identity, Energy, and Money

What if the goals that feel impossible right now could become so normal, so integrated into who you are, that they simply become calendar items?

    Not “dreams,” not “someday,” but:
“This is what I’m doing this week.”

That is the energy I’ve been living in recently—what I call 100k-a-week energy. And I want to invite you into an experiment with me so you can access your own version of this power, whether your number is $500 a week, $2k a month, or your first $10k month.

This isn’t just about money. It’s about identity and energy—who you are being and what you’re available for.

  • My protocol for 100k/mo. level impact

My protocol for 100k/mo impact For the past seven months, I have been working toward a bold goal: creating $100k a month in impact. Not just as a number on a spreadsheet, but as a measure of value—of lives changed, minds expanded, and people supported through my work. And yet, month after month, I found myself falling short. The actions were there. The desire was there. But something underneath kept derailing me.Eventually, I realized: I didn’t have an identity protocol.I had goals, strategies, and intentions—but not a deliberate way of embodying the identity of the person who naturally creates this level of impact. This is the story of how I discovered that gap, the pattern that kept repeating, and the protocol I created to align my identity, actions, and results. My hope is that you can use this to create your own protocol for whatever identity you’re stepping into. If you want my individual help to develop your own protocol for your results, join my transitioning humanitarians community, containing individual+group coaching. Email [email protected] to sign up.

  • How I fixed my 'giving up' energy?

There are moments in life when everything seems to collapse at once—health crises, family emergencies, stalled projects, missed opportunities. In these seasons, it’s incredibly tempting to think, “It’s not working. Maybe I’m just not cut out for this. Why bother?”

This is what I call “giving up energy”—a subtle, creeping state where we slowly detach from our vision and quietly stop showing up for ourselves.

In this post, I want to share how I’ve been working through my own recent hard times, what I’ve discovered about the assumptions behind giving up energy, and how you can transform these moments into invitations to grow your capacity instead of abandoning your dreams.

  • My transitioning from dependent to creator mode

From Dependent Mode to Creator Mode: How I Rewrote My Reality

For more than 30 years, I lived in what I now call dependent mode.

On the outside, I was functioning, “doing the right things,” playing by the rules of the system. On the inside, I was exhausted, burnt out, and quietly depressed. My life was driven by survival: doing what I had to do so I could feel safe, secure, and accepted.

It wasn’t until I started experimenting with creator mode—drawing from ancient spiritual teachings and ideas from quantum physics—that everything began to shift. I didn’t just change my habits; I changed the assumptions I was living from. And when those assumptions changed, my reality did too.

This is the story of that shift—and an invitation for you to look at your own life through these two lenses.

  • How I decided to promote myself from UN P3 to UN D1?

How I Decided to Promote Myself from UN P3 to D1 – Outside the System

For many humanitarians, the dream has always been clear:
climb the ladder to P5, D1, D2, D3… and finally reach that level where you have both impact and influence.

We’ve been taught—explicitly and implicitly—that this is how you make a difference: through the system, through the title, through the contract.

But what happens when the system can no longer carry that dream?

With the funding crisis and widespread restructuring, countless colleagues now face a brutal reality:

    • The structures still exist on paper.
    • The titles still exist in theory.
    • But the actual opportunity to reach those roles—and the level of impact they represent—has become uncertain, or even impossible.

If you’ve built your whole life and career around reaching a certain level of impact and success, and suddenly that path is blocked or disappears… what then?

This is the question I am answering for myself this year.
And it’s why I decided to promote myself from UN P3 to D1—outside the system.

  • How to play in your own major league?

How to Play in Your Own Major League:

Watching the World Cup this year, I was fascinated by the mindset of the teams on the field.

I noticed something that felt deeply relevant—not just for athletes, but for all of us building a life, a career, or a mission that truly matters.

There seem to be two kinds of teams:

Teams that are used to winning. For them, losing feels strange. It’s almost as if, internally, the idea of losing doesn’t fully register as normal.

Yes, of course, in reality they sometimes lose—but in the middle of the game, their mindset is:

“Losing is not really an option. This situation is temporary. We’ll find a way to win.”

Teams that are not used to winning.

Just arriving at the World Cup already feels like a victory.

When they start winning, they relax:“We’ve done it. We got this.”

And then, when they’re suddenly overtaken, they are shocked:

“How did we lose? We were already winning…”

This difference isn’t really about talent. It’s about inner freedom and emotional stability—how you relate to circumstances, whether you’re “ahead” or “behind,” whether you’re winning or losing.

And that’s exactly what I’ve been working on in my own life and mission.

  • Celebrations!

Why Your Past Wins Matter When You’re Struggling

There are weeks when everything feels like a failure. You know you’re capable of more, yet you watch yourself procrastinate, self-sabotage, and then use circumstances as excuses. On the outside, it may not even look “that bad” to others. But inside your own mind, it can feel incredibly heavy.

This week was one of those weeks for me. And that’s exactly why I wanted to dedicate this reflection to celebration—not just of wins, but of the energy and identity that create those wins in the first place.

Because if you’re in a difficult season right now, your past celebrations are not just nice memories. They’re evidence of who you are at your core.
