This week, for work, I had the opportunity to travel to New York City. Now, if you haven’t been keeping up with NY during the pandemic, The Big Apple has had some hurdles.
Well, as I’m a huge fan of the city and (prior to COVID) we visited all the time, but I’ve never seen it LIKE THIS. This episode I rant on what it was like to travel on planes and visit a big city during, what seemed like, the peak of the pandemic.

We are living in a time where technology is changing constantly and as humans, this could be effecting us mentally and physically. So how are we treating the content we put out there and what type of content are we consuming?
This episode I chat with owner of Blueprint Productions, Ben Mangum. For years, he has used his company to help businesses put out quality video content, while generating a positive influence, so I wanted to get his thoughts on the social media landscape.
You can follow Ben on Instagram @bencmangum and visit http://www.blueprintproductionsfl.com to learn how he can help your business.

When did we become so sensitive with everything? Of course the last few years have been stressful but it seems like that group of people who spend a lot of their time bashing other folks have become more and more aggressive.
Look, the world will (and should) change and adapt, hopefully for the better but when people get upset about other peoples opinions, we’re in a strange spot. Opinions are okay aren’t they?
We need to take a deep breath and focus on what matters in these short lives we have. Things like our health, family and mental stability, caring about what other people think or even say, shouldn’t be on your mind. Let’s not create MORE problems with each other, we got enough of those.

With everything going on in the world, I think we forget how #mentalhealth is so very important. I would even say it’s just as, if not more important, than your physical health.
Taking care of your body and mind is easier than you think. It costs relatively zero dollars and you can start improving it as early as today!
This episode is read an article that I think holds a lot of water on this matter and in between the different tips, I’ll leave my two cents to hopefully bring some value.
Keep in mind, I’m no expert but I figured there’s so much info out there you or a friend might not want to do the research, so I did it for you. Hope you enjoy and share with someone who needs to hear this. You can read the full article here: https://medlineplus.gov/mentalhealth.html
