Brandon’s interest in music developed from watching his father, Euguene Johnson also known as “DJ EJ” soar within the music industry and witnessing hip hop duo “Kris Kross” perform live in concert.

Brandon is the co-owner of “Bassgang University”, and he’s produced and worked with a few mainstream artists (don’t worry, we touch on this as well). Drelan Tripplett is a professional basketball player that hails from Oklahoma and he is the first Professional Athlete/Basketball player to grace the "Humble Beginnings" podcast. Drelan's played for 11 international teams and recently finished playing in Bolivia. He also calls himself the "Preacher of Positivity" and during this episode you'll see why. Drelan walks us through his "humble beginnings" journey, his professional basketball career, positive/resilient mentality, fatherhood, embracing self growth, and knowing his lane.
