Reuben Clark Law Society and member of the Phoenix Arizona Chapter, discussed the limitations of judicial intervention in religious disputes in a BYU Education Week CLE titled "When a Judge Rules that ‘Mormons’ Aren’t Christian." In this episode, he provides insightful commentary on the topic.

Elder Jeffrey R. Holland addressed the 25th-anniversary event of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society in Washington, D.C. He emphasized the society's mission to unite religious conviction with legal service. Elder Holland highlighted faith, family, and religious freedom as essential in the modern world. He urged the audience to make a compelling case for the relevance of religion and morality in society.

Elder Hafen shared insights correlating United States constitutional and family law judicial decisions over the past half century with devaluing the historical concept of marriage at the 2014 J. Reuben Clark Law Society Annual Fireside. Elder Hafen emphasized that building a marriage is challenging and demanding but also sanctifying and satisfying. Through a lifetime of sacrificing for our marriage partner, we can become like Jesus Christ and realize "the abundant life of authentic joy".

The Honorable Judge Bernice Bouie Donald, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit (retired), was presented the J. Clifford Wallace Award and delivered the keynote address "Who is my Neighbor? My Journey in the Law" on Friday, March 3, 2023 at the 2023 JRCLS Annual Conference in Atlanta, GA.
