Danielle O’Neill is a Senior Business Banking Manager at NAB, managing a diverse portfolio of local businesses looking after both their personal and financial business needs.

Beginning her career as an Industry Scholar, Danielle has since worked her way up to Senior Management.

Outside of her corporate role, Danielle is also the president of Hunter Young Professionals. She has been involved with the association for five years and has had many personal and professional achievements during this time.

Danielle is a country girl at heart but considers herself a Novocastrian having moved to Newcastle over 10 years ago. In her spare time, Danielle likes to catch up with family and friends over good food and cocktails. You will also catch her at the gym or binging on a quality Netflix series and indulging in a weekend nap with Husband Dan and fur baby Frankie!

Matt Taylor is the Founder of Heart HR, a human resources consultancy based in Newcastle.

Heart HR provides professional services for small to medium sized businesses seeking independent HR advice and support.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Environmental Management from Cranfield, UK, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Newcastle. Morgan Cherry is a Senior Associate in the Property and Commercial team at Osborn Law, a Newcastle-based firm with a focus on Commercial, Employment and Property Law.

Born and raised in Newcastle, Morgan obtained a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Politics and International Relations) from the University of Newcastle. Admitted as a solicitor in 2017, Morgan gained experience in a range of private practice roles during his studies, including a clerkship in Jakarta at one of Indonesia’s leading corporate and commercial law firms.

You’ll often find Morgan lending a hand to several charitable organisations, whether it be to provide commercial and property law requirements, providing advice on corporate governance, or simply volunteering for the cause.
