Hurricane Helene is a Category 2 storm expected to make landfall in Florida as a monster Category 4 storm. The National Hurricane Center says Helene could bring a "life-threatening" storm surge of 15 to 20 feet in parts of Florida's Gulf Coast and will be felt as far inland as the Appalachian Mountains.
