Meanwhile, another system is developing in the eastern Pacific with impacts coming up for southern Mexico early next week.

While the Atlantic remains quiet for now, there are some signs in the longer range guidance that things will eventually change as we head towards the end of the month. In the meantime, we will watch an area of interest in the eastern Pacific for the potential for further development as it moves generally towards Mexico over the coming days.

Not much to be concerned with across the Atlantic Basin as we wrap up the weekend but a new depression in the eastern Pacific will become a hurricane and impact Mexico later in the coming week.

Keeping watch over invest area 92L off the North Carolina coast - otherwise the Atlantic Basin is nice and quiet this weekend.
In the eastern Pacific, a new tropical storm is likely to form this weekend from invest area 91E and eventually looks to impact Mexico around mid-week next week. I'll cover all of this and more during my video discussion later today via YouTube.

Watching a complex storm system off the Carolinas over the coming days for possible development but nothing too impactful is expected from it. Meanwhile, we will also be monitoring the southeast Pacific for the development of a tropical storm that could eventually impact Mexico sometime later next week.
