  • Following Passion - The Beauty in the Struggle

In this episode, I sit down with a humble and conscious fitness trainer. I say "conscious" because he is well aware of things that not many pay much thought to. It's about gratitude, embracing the journey, being yourself and striving to be the best version of yourself. Of course, I'm talking about Par Brar. His journey is an interesting one. From a goofy/knucklehead in high school to having police officer dreams. Par takes lots of turns while finding himself and his passion. I hope you enjoy listening to his as much as I did recording it.
