In this episode, I sit down with Tanzilla (@killercuts.info) and we discuss her journey into becoming a successful barber. Some context, Tanzilla was my old barber (before she started working farther away) and I might've been one of her first 50 clients. During my first haircut, I realized she was new but she definitely had a desire to get better and try new things. We talk about how she came across cutting hair, her ambitions and other side hustles. We also get into choosing passion over what the world defines as successful. Passion and happiness are key, you definitely do not want to miss this episode.

In this episode, I sit down with Nevar Malabre (@_itsnevar) and we discuss his journey from a Chemist to an Author in an unrelated field. Nevar educates me on how the stock market works, why crypto-currency is not dead and the importance of investing. One big take away here was Nevar's perspective on successful individuals. He goes on to name Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Warren Buffet and what they all have in common. Surprisingly, it's not some special gene or something unattainable. It's two things that all of us as humans living in first world countries can achieve. In this episode Vidit and I go over the differences between old media and new media. We compare newspapers and blogs, radio and podcasts, and streaming services vs cable TV. This was a pretty cool discussion because the world is changing so quickly around us that we rarely get a chance to sit down and reflect on the impacts. There are definitely some great impacts in this new media world, the biggest being the ability to connect with anyone in the world a lot easier. The worst is the negativity, the bad news and also silo'ing yourself based on what you follow or like. Let us know what change has affected you the most, hopefully it's radio to podcast.

July 18, 2019 Ep.4: Saturday Morning Hustles and the Flea Market
We recorded this episode after a productive Saturday which included shipping out Econik Lifestyle products and exploring different selling avenues. The main one being the Flea Market. For those who don't know much about the Flea Market, it's basically a big warehouse converted into several stalls where owners can sell any product. CASH ONLY. The Flea Market we visited in Brampton, Ontario goes through $18K worth of cash through their ATMs every weekend. We discuss what we learned by going there, and our prior experiences with the Flea Market. Have you ever been to one? It's kind of nostalgic. Takes you to a world that feels like the early 2000's.

There was some crazy interference while recording this episode at the 1:50 mark, but after that, it's pretty smooth. I can't pin point at where the interference was coming from. Hopefully it doesn't happen again. Please subscribe, download and follow me on Instagram @KGtheHustler.
