Hyperfixation: A Queer Fandom Podcast

We talk about different representations of cloning and queerness in The Alters, Orphan Black, and We Are Legion. The Alters open up an interesting view on bisexuality, while Orphan Black fought against the main conception of queerness in the Born This Way era, and We Are Legion tackles robots.

Episodes We Mention:

Our First Xena: Warrior Princess Episode
Baldur's Gate 3
Brokeback Mountain

The gang revisits the Fox X-Men movies from the early 2000s. They are possibly the gayest the X-Men will ever be on the big screen. Iceman is doing a lot of closeted teen behavior, Ian McKellen plays Magneto gay, and the queer metaphor is strong.
