Many newly trained (as well as highly trained) hypnotherapists have confidence issues when it comes to practicing and working with people, after all, we are working with the human mind and human emotions - there are no manuals for this! So while we always encourage practitioners to stay in their lane, we also encourage people to show up with the best intentions to help the person in front of them and follow their intuition. While tools and systems help give structure to what we do, ultimately, the person you are working with will give you the cues and signals as to what they need.
