Paulina is a social scientist and highly seasoned academic researcher whose interest got sparked by hypnosis a few years ago. If you have ever been hypnotised before, the likelihood is that the hypnotist used some form of induction. If you have trained in hypnosis, you will certainly have been taught at least one induction, if not many more.

An induction can be as creative as the hypnotist, and likely the same induction will have the individual hypnotists spin on the delivery.
