The excitement is truly real! I'm excited for what's to come and what God has in store for you -for US! Continue to keep having that BIG FAITH you had when you didn't know what coming out of this dark place would like. Continue to keep doing those BIG WORKS to get where you're at now. Don't slow down because you see the silver lining now -keep searching for it in EVERY space and level of growth you encounter! Keep having BIG EXPECTATIONS that God will keep his promise and answer all the prayers we've prayed, and turn every single part of our lives around !!! This is just the beginning!

You're approaching THE OTHER SIDE. You're paying attention to the silver linings, and seeing how things are about to change for you; FOR THE BETTER. During this time let's be happy and positive about what's to come and not put so much weight on the process. The process, the endurance and the work is what got us to this very place -in the first place. We've done all we can and now it's up to us to keep the momentum and not fall back! ARE YOU STILL DOING THE WORK?

Healing/Life/Love is not a race but a journey! Give yourself grace and pat yourself on the back for continuing to do the work! When it got hard and crazy you pushed through it. But this episode is for YOU and YOU ONLY! We can't expect to give the best parts and versions of ourselves when we're burnt out, exhausted, on E and not having much to give. This is where we accept and say "No, not today", accepting the "I don't feel like doing anything today", and accepting the gift of slowing down. Stop rushing and feeling like you have to accomplish and do so much. You're only an Over Achiever because you've been put on this pedestal that you constantly felt like you had to outlive others or yourself!

Try TAKING UP SPACE where you don't belong! Trying TAKING SPACE back where you've let others dump and pile their mess on you and in your space. The safest spaces can be taken up easily causing YOU to feel everybody else's emotions and energies that's NOT even yours. This episode we dive in with my own experience with triggering somethangs I've been going through recently with nit of friends. We come across "The Equation of the Healing Journey"; where we can see and master solving problems that come up from the past or in the now. More times than some we find it that, there are some things we left behind that's following us and it's our responsibility to handle them when they do!

Even in the shift of isolation, there's Grace continues to show up for compassion. And gentleness and kindness meets us there. So we talk about how we meet people where there are, and remember God is just not using you, but everyone else around you and in your circle.

Recently I've been reflecting on how connections are easily made and difficult to let go in the space of silence. Today we touch on that! We're going to touch on the hardships of communication and connections that were so easily formed and why it may seem so hard to understand or be empathetic to a person that may be going through a transition at the moment. You realize a lot of things when you're in silence. You SEE, HEAR, FEEL clearer than you did when things seemed so busy in your relationships.

This is one of those times we acknowledge the silence we're experiencing on our own and with others connected to us. There's a level of understanding that everyone is going through something but the shift and transition for comfort, to be brave, to motivate and inspire becomes hard in silence. So here is where we acknowledge the silence in our lives and in also how to move during that time.

No one is EXEMPT from being cut off! This episode we get into realizations of how to accept that things will NEVER change; there always room for HOPE. But when there's a level of understanding that the season/storm/experience will continue to have the same outcome, you have to be willing to remove yourself -even if it's hard. That's what Vee realizes herself. It's time to choose yourself, no matter how hard it is divorcing and cutting those ties with people you love dearly. AGAIN, NO ONE IS EXEMPT!

THE ROOTS... some of us that's our here actually putting in work to heal and grow know that it didn't just start with a problem.
