This will definitely be a video FULL of run-on sentences, LIT-tiness and laughter! This is a special video of a reflection of The Hope Revival Tour and talking about how I GOT my ABSOLUTE LIFE in Jax, FL with my best friend and sisters in Christ! It was everything a church girl could've HOPED for and more!! I will touch base on a little of what we also HOPE for out the traumas we experience as well and how we can continue to let go, move on, and still love without losing HOPE!

We are going to take a moment to *BREATHE*. This is dedicated to our you get selves. The babies we've almost killed, left behind and neglected. To the teen version who we judged, didn't hug and protected at the time when they needed us most. It's time to give ourselves grace and truly appreciate how far we've come. I know everybody else is or probably disappointed in you but your younger self -that baby girl or baby boy is SO PROUD OF YOU! 

-Write a letter to yourself appreciating yourself and giving yourself flowers for staying alive and well. Thank God you've made it this far! Go back and uplift yourself and give yourself a big hug. Your younger you is waiting on you.

I will express how my personal experience has shaped my POV and mindset on what/how I believe Society should positively teach spread knowledge surrounding, rape, sex ed, slut shaming, men sharing familiar trauma and more. It hits kind of close to home but none the less... STILL TRIGGERING. but bare with me, we're still healing.

So... This Episode we're just going to dive into talking about Rape Culture! The effects of it, how we got to this place and how it's effecting our society. Facing reality of slut shaming, victim blaming, the association and relations of the LGBTQ+  com, the misogynies and theories of sexual abuse,  the sufferingand resistance to sharing and forgiveness. Hopefully we're able to get to place where we can have healthy conversations surrounding this and changing the POV of the culture!

-How areas that still need to be worked on show up / -How relationships can show you areas you thought you were healed in

If we're going to be completely honest here; besides some of us actually being okay SINGLE -we're out here dating because some of us are scared. We're afraid of being judged and singled out in away. This goes for platonic - romantic relationships as well. NO ONE is exempt. This episode we explore a little how NOT HEALING can affect our relationships and also how we lack doing the work for ourselves, for the past to pop up. We really need to start reflecting and showing up for ourselves if we want to be healthier, peaceful, healed and more. It all works together. Let's STOP being on surface and get DEEP!

Are you really though? And I'm not taking that away if you really are; I just want us to consider the ROOT. Maybe you do have the right to feel some type of way, and maybe that woman or man did hurt you. But let's have a conversation surrounding triggers that have stemmed from the past that we have yet spoken up about to our families, partners, friends, etc. It's really our responsibility to HEAL and grow, no one else's.

It's time to speak out and tell the truth, if you hadn't already!

If you listened to the intro I briefly asked a few questions as to WHY, silence has become a normalcy in the church and home surrounding sexual abuse or anything harmful and dangerous to the community. We get a chance to surface the ideas and maybe some answers & truths, to WHY its so easy to hush about these topics, WHY its NOT talked about at all and how we can truly make space for those to be comfortable to TALK  about it when they're the ones hurting and trying to find a place to heal.
