This week preschoolers and kids will learn that “God Gives Me a New Hope.” In our Bible story from the book of Joel, God gave the people a message that suffering would come as a result of their sin. But Joel also told the people that God loved them, and His forgiveness would never run out. He told them to not be afraid because God would make everything new again. We all deserve punishment for our sin, but instead, God gives us love and forgiveness. God is ready to restore and make us new when we believe in Him and ask for forgiveness. Preschoolers and kids will understand that we can have hope in the future because of forgiveness and a new life with God forever.
