Before sitting down with guests, I wanted to share part of my own story first: leaving network news, grieving a career chapter that ended during the pandemic, and learning the difference between achievement and alignment.

This show was years in the making, but I had to decondition myself from the belief that I needed someone's permission before it could exist.
