This is probably my last episode on this topic. I’ve tried to tackle this problem emotionally recently and it has been helpful

I guess I’m not really done sharing about it as of right now. It is in a way taxing to my mind and body but I hope I will come out of it strong.

This time I wanna share how I’m planning to deal with these breakdowns I’m experiencing lately. Hopefully things will get better from here onwards
