Our Bible story this week teaches preschoolers that “God Knows Everything that Happens” and kids that “God Knows Every Situation.” Nehemiah was one of God’s people, living in exile in another country. When Nehemiah was given permission to lead people back to their home city of Jerusalem, they faced opposition from other people. However, God taught them that He knew their situation and would continue to lead and guide them. We will teach preschoolers and kids that God knows every situation–including theirs–and He is always at work, no matter what. The best news is that God knows our situation and gives us what we need most—Jesus.
