In our shiniest and sparkliest, most magical conversation to date, we’re chatting with the inspirational Kate Searle (“like pearl”); mum, geologist, author and owner of Quindalup-based Find Your Treasures.
Kate’s passion for gemstones and her curiosity and love for truth has led her into many experiences, and in many directions. Her career as a geologist spans nearly two decades across Western Australia and Canada — which also includes her completing a Juris Doctor law degree in 2019!
Since becoming a mother to her two beautiful children, Kate has bravely unlocked another kind of magic too. Discovering and embracing joy in storytelling, Kate has intuitively and uniquely woven her love for truth and geology into her soul-inspiring children's books, 'My Soul Treasure' and 'Find Your Treasure', as well as her treasure hunt games 'Find Your Treasures’.
Trust me when I say there is even more magic on the way.
Through her books, games, speaking events and workshops, Kate empowers children and adults alike to listen to their souls, unlock their magic, embrace their inner strengths and shine brightly — no matter the challenges they face.
Her work is a true celebration; of life and possibility, of awe and wonder. Of creativity, resilience and of the power within each of us to discover and walk our own unique paths and purpose.
Thank you Kate, for BEING the change; we can't wait to learn how this and next 'phases' unfold for you.

This week we're picking up where we left off last time with the wonderful Sheila Anderson, Perth-based Business and Sales Coach.
We head directly into unpacking the dreaded but oh-so-familiar imposter syndrome, which we know is so pervasive across many aspects of life - both in and out of work. As one who's well versed in guiding clients through their various versions of the syndrome (and sharing tales from having navigated her own), Sheila provides a fresh perspective to softly challenge, help us reframe and keep moving forward.
As a mother, wife, family member, friend, marketer, entrepreneur, growth seeker and MUCH more, Sheila knows more than a thing or two about learning, change and transformation. In supporting her clients to their versions of 'success', Sheila paves the way for others to surpass the limitations of self-beliefs and ride the waves of our imposter syndromes - successfully and sustainably.
Sheila's business mission is to help you nail down clear messaging, simplify and streamline your sales, marketing and business processes so that you can build scalable offers that support and sustain the life you actually love. Now who doesn't want that?
"You already are an expert at what you do, otherwise you wouldn't be doing it"

Recently, I had the honour of chatting with the beautiful Nicola Garcia, of Temple Lane wellness studio.
Nicola is a Yoga and Meditation teacher, Reiki Master and Rapid Transformational Therapist. She is the wonderful creator-owner-operator behind the beautiful and blissful Temple Lane; Perth's newest, warmest and most embracing wellness space.
Nicola is no stranger to post-traumatic growth and transformation. After birthing her beautiful daughter Sophia in 2010, who was born sleeping at 32 weeks gestation, Nicola has grown and awakened and rebuilt her life through her grieving, using tools meditation and yoga.
Some of the biggest personal leaps Nicola shares with us vulnerably, towards what is now joyful, peaceful and free living, include overcoming self-doubt, fear and overthinking.
Since stepping into her power and along her own journey, guiding and supporting others through self-development and healing have become Nicola's passions. Her love, skill and trust for this work emanate right from her very core.
Nicola speaks to us about her self-discovery through presence. She encourages us to open ourselves to the power of self-reflection; the real and honest kind that can guide and fuel our approaches to intentional and joyful living.
"The more trust in the Universe, the more trust in myself; and the body-mind connection just got stronger and stronger and stronger until now, that's what I live through"

This week in the convo we're joined by the vibrant and driven Sophia Marie Wells (@mycarnivoredoco).
Describing herself as 'just a regular person' who decided a few months ago to switch to a carnivore diet, Sophia has taken to the world of social media to document her personal experiences since embracing the carnivore lifestyle; a tool she uses primarily for fueling personal accountability, Sophia also shares tips, tricks, observations (and humour!) relating to her weight-loss and health-improvement journey.
Since embarking on her meaty adventure 16+ weeks ago, Sophia has enjoyed several health enhancements, including releasing 8+ kg to date.
"Give it 30 days, what have you got to lose?"

In today's convo, we're joined by the vibrant, enthusiastic, down to Earth and highly relatable Isabella Mitchell; behavioural scientist, psychotherapist and Perth business woman.
As someone no stranger to combining 'blind faith' and 'sheer determination', Isabella is best known in the WA community for establishing The Meet Up Collective (TMC); a holistic educational and wellbeing program she founded for young people in 2017, that offers mentoring, tutoring and homeschooling across Australia.
As the first of its kind, demand for TMC grew very quickly (through Covid no less), and with a knack for pivoting and adapting, Isabella swiftly learned what makes for leading great teams and a successful small business through times of rapid change. More recently, supported by her wonderful team of employees, she's been able to complete a full time Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Today, Isabella combines the knowledge, skills and wisdom she's acquired through her extensive education, successful business and life experiences, channeling her exceptionally developed talents into in her new passion and business: Actualised Psychotherapy.
Isabella reminds us that this work, and walking paths of growth, self-discovery and transformation is one open and available to us all; and that we are all deserving of being able to 'live our best life' in realistic ways.
"We are all human in the end of the day. We all deserve support, and we can always improve on ourselves"

Recently I had the wonderful, heart-enriching opportunity to chat with the kind and humble, soul-driven truth seeker who is the wonderful Kylie Michelle Holdem of Tūā Pā Sound.
Kylie's life journey has been characterised by a profound dedication to helping and guiding others along their paths of self-discovery. With a multi layered professional background, Kylie's diverse talents include working in the fitness industry, running events relating to her 'multi-passions' and as a holistic healer focused in sound therapy, meditation and mentoring.
Kylie's gentle, compassionate and intuitive energy is palpable, as is her innate and highly developed ability to faciliate healing and clearing across the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions. Her business name, Tūā Pā Sound, which uses the Maori word meaning 'to facilitate, clear the way', connects with and honours her culture, core essence and soul; and perfectly encaspulates her intentions for how she currently shares her creative gifts.
Kylie reminds us the transformational power in discomfort and acceptance; of seeing and acknowledging our truth as portal through which to rise into our full power. Encouraging us into depths and realms, of self and soul, through self love that includes the tough love to see past that which blocks us and choose 'hard things' that move us beyond.
You simply can't help but feel wonderful in Kylie's calm and grounded presence. "People come and talk with me... They'll come in in a certain state and when they go, they're in a completely different way of being... You know, I can't really explain it... that's just how I roll..."
We love how you roll, Kylie xxx

This week we're chatting with free range dietician, Meagan McMillan, founder and manager of Mac Health and Nutrition.
As a lover of all things garden and food, Meagan is passionate about sharing hard truths about food and the food industry. She leverages latest scientific research to educate and empower her clients to take the reigns in their own health and happiness journeys; including addressing situational and environmental factors to wellbeing.
With an extensive career practising dietetics in a regional clinical setting, Meagan knows more than most about the current state of our sick care system. Of band-aid approaches that focus on symptoms rather than root causes, that routinely disregard our innate healing wisdom.
Meagan encourages us to trust in ourselves, reminding us that we know what is true and right for ourselves better than any external advice. To stand proud in our integrity, never guilty or ashamed for effecting choices that we know are best for ourselves.
Vulnerably sharing aspects of her own journey, Meagan describes the inherent wisdom held within our discomfort; and that in learning to sit with our discomfort, we can pave the way for our greatest transformations.
"Let's love ourselves for what we're in right now".

This week I had the absolute pleasure of chatting with the inspiring, dynamic and multipassionate Radka Krivkova, owner of Perth-based dress hire studio, Be Your Own Muse.
As a determined feminist, female empowerment advocate, business owner, animal lover (especially dogs - yay!), environmental protection supporter, style addict and fitnessenthusiast, Radka's story is one of resilience, ambition, and an unwavering determination to create a life filled with purpose and impact.
Radka speaks with commitment, conviction and compassion when it comes to many things, and particularly those relating to growth, personal development and transformation. She's a woman who upon meeting, may have you believing in yourself within a matter of just seconds. Who promotes self awareness as a gateway for change and who knowingly reminds us of all the amazing things happening outside of our comfort zones.
In her personal mission to use her beautiful, elegant and sustainability-conscious dress hire studio as a platform for inspiration, Radka devotes much of her current efforts to community building; providing space and welcome for women of Perth to come together, in their full-selves, and to connect and grow through rich, meaningful conversation.
With a wide varienty of womens health and empowerment focused workshops held twice monthly, if you are within proximity of her Jolimont studio (or not), you'd be crazy not to get involved. Will we see you there?
