Through this episode I will explain my journey alongside of what emotional dysregulation is & how we can control our dysregulation.

My story may trigger you, so please be careful. Beware that this episode isn’t perfect and that their would be nervous giggles & I do say lots of um’s because I was nervous sharing my story but I continued to push through. When I mention about TikTok how I published about my abuse and narcissism mother, I had to delete them for her when I believed she was getting better. So you won’t find those post, but I’m back to posting and not silencing myself. I hope this can help people to recognise what isn’t right & how to overcome generational trauma whether it’s through my episode from the recognition, a family member, friend or partner. My story doesn’t define me & I believe you can heal and grow. You can do this!
