It’s the most spooky time of the year! The gang briefly touches on a couple of headlines from the week but we really know why you tuned in, 31 nights of horror has started and we go in deep on the first 6 nights of frights. What was scary? What was goofy? And how arbitrary is the scoring system? Let’s get it!

Standing on the precipice of unspeakable Terror! This week we cover a bit of current events, but not too in depth including: Elon Musk said something really stupid, or as Brian put it “accidentally lied” about buying back Tesla stock, we dip our toes in the kiddy pool filled with beer that is the Kavanaugh debacle, and finally we reveal our list of movies for 31 nights of horror. We were down a man for this episode, but we hope to be firing on all four cylinders next week to discuss our first week of movies. Enjoy, you spooky people!

We have our good friend Josh on the show to announce a rather ambitious project that we are planning for the month of October. With our new voice in the studio we decided to touch on the sneaky op-ed from the “failing” New York Times, we hash out our thoughts on Nike’s new found Kappernick-fueled meme generator what the flag means and why people are just flat out wrong about Kapp’s protest, and finally we devolve into some shit about Spider-Man on PS4.
