3 things you need to do for you, if you haven’t done so already today...right now 🙏🏼

Are you giving yourself and others the precious gifts of Grace and of Patience at this time? How are you choosing to define yourself friend? This week brings forth a tender message with a very special self love Dare that I hope you choose to accept!

So how are you allowing your current state of feelings to wash over you and charge through you right now my dear friend? Are you crashing through the ocean waves as you ride the torrent and letting them flow through you so you can emerge from the other side and ready to tackle the next one? I pray that you are sitting still with your feelings and giving yourself plenty of care and Grace for you for this is your human experience. If no one had told you today, your non judgement of self is needed right now, self reflection but without judgement of how you “should” be feeling. Please don’t should on yourself right now! This too shall pass and if no one had told you today, you are not alone, you never were alone and you are loved beyond your own possible comprehension on this moment.

Gratitude...never has there been such a time as this! A time that requires us to step up collectively and cultivate feelings and expressions of Gratitude and extend it from inside of ourselves toward others. May it lift you in faith and love in this very uncertain but hopeful journey we are all on together. This week I ahare some important insights I gleaned from a conversation had with a dear friend and colleague about what occurs when we share something we don’t even realise the healing power in for another person. Often we actually have no clue where the words we share may be needed or valued or just how they will be received. The point here is that we give Grace to the situation as we intend and express those thoughts regardless. The ripple effect will do its miraculous work as it was never even really about us. How freeing this is as we speak openly and communicate freely with and for one another. I trust you will join me in our Dare for this week. 🙏🏼
