This week we explore something I like to call the Sleep Epidemic that is sweeping across so many in our society and is something that I believe each and every one of us has a responsibility not only to ourselves but one another to help solve its many associated complications that are in many ways quite dramatically affecting our society in ways that might just surprise you...and if you are anything like me when I heard the research, will be an area of your life that you can no longer turn an irreverent blind eye toward.
