A mother who leaves her children is often considered to be going against the very essence of maternal nature, she can suffer terrible isolation, criticism, and shame.

The decision of a woman to give away her child for adoption is never easy. We too quick to judge these women without understanding what led them to make such a hard decision, since every circumstance surrounding the birth of a child is unique.

In this episode, I'll explore the point of view of the women who place their child for adoption 
the reasons for making this hard decision and how the lifetime impact on their decisions.

Some parts of the  job market classify  “Native English Speakers” according to the color of their passports, as a result, many talented workers from countries that English is not the primary language, experience accent discrimination when trying to integrate into the American workplace

In this episode, I'll explore what does it means accent discrimination, how can we recognize it, and why many non-native speakers, here in America, have been struggling to become integrated into the American workplace.
