In this very special double feature Halloween episode, Jim, caught between the end of Bergman and the beginning of something new, takes some time to revel in the season by discussing the Universal classic, Bride of Frankenstein with Tyler Smith. After a discussion on the arguments for Bride of Frankenstein being better than its predecessor and a brief intermission, Jim shares his thoughts on how James Whale's comedic approach enhanced the horror of the film while diverting focus away from the terror.
Jim would also like to make it clear that he does not own the rights to The Monster Mash. That claim can only be made by whatever entity currently holds the rights to the songs of Bobby Pickett and Garpax Records.
