J. Lo and Ben might be breaking up which, for some reason, distresses me. Even as the nation's foremost Pro-Divorce Thought Leader, I am not immune to the satisfaction of a long, well-run, high-profile relationship.

So what better time to look back on February 2024 to reexamine her 3 Big Releases -- the album, "This Is Me . . . Now," the Amazon Prime movie to accompany it, and the Amazon Prime documentary to accompany the movie. You can skip the album, but I'd recommend the documentary ahead of the movie for a viewing experience I wish I would have had.

Other than that, my yoga friend Michelle and I talk about topics that only our twisted minds could conjure, in corresponding low female voices with regional accents, to boot!

No offense but this was the most fun I've had recording an episode of IDFFY.

Grace Alexander broke multiple Guinness Books of World Records by becoming our first return guest, our first in-person guest, and guest with whom I shared the most laughs.

It will shock you all to learn that I make no money hosting this podcast, and that all ROI is currently measured in laughs :) laughitalism > capitalism! haha, cheers.

That said, it feels like episode titles and description notes, especially for pop culture podcasts, have become a place to advertise just how quirky the host and the guest are by jotting down the seemingly unrelated topics they cover in just one conversation!

HOW is it POSSIBLE that Grace and Bridget could cover such RANDOM topics! Haha!

You mean to tell me that they talked about both oven safety and Justin Bieber's pregnancy??? In the same conversation?? Respectfully...get wrecked!!!!! I HAVE to listen to this episode.... you best believe I'm SMASHING that play button!!!

^^That's probably how you all feel right now. I love being in touch with my community of listeners :)

Also if you haven't rated the podcast on Spotify and Apple... that would be great. Speak your truth. I'd prefer 5 stars, but even if you do fewer than that, I can see a marketing angle.

With fewer than 5 stars, I'd be considered a CONTROVERSIAL podcast host, which could get more people to listen. Remember, yo quiero be famous!

For example -- Call Her Daddy has 4.2 stars out of 90k+ Spotify ratings. And she's laughing all the way to the bank as a multi-millionaire!

As for me, I'm currently at 5 stars out of 20 ratings. Thank you for the votes of confidence!!! But surely, not all of you think this is a perfect podcast. Just kidding . . .  unless?
