For a lot of my life, I’ve watered down my personality, lowered my voice, and never trusted myself and my own decisions as I relied on what everyone else thought of me…as many of us do.

But this podcast isn’t just about my story- it’s about all of us who care WAY too much and are afraid to be our authentic selves to truly speak our minds.

We’ll finally be having real and unfiltered convos about what we’re all thinking & going through, but too scared to say out loud and to each other.From ranting about life in your 20’s, to toxic relationships, grief & loss, mental health, family dynamics, friendship, wild story times, spirituality, healing, and simply not caring about shit that doesn’t matter anymore, everything is on the table.

It’s no secret that we’re all a little too obsessed with our phones. Never-ending doomscrolling. Escaping reality. Avoiding emotions. Relying on our phones to do the simplest tasks. Using our phones to replace human connection. It’s become blatantly obvious that we’re more than just reliant on our phones- we’re addicted, and it’s getting kinda scary. 

In this episode we get real about how much time we truly waste on our phones, how we’re being robbed of our lives instead of actually living them, how we use our phones to escape reality, why social media is damaging our mental health, why consuming over creating is draining us, how our relationships are suffering, and why our phones might actually be making us dumber.

And finally, we talk about how to set real boundaries with our phones and social media so we can take back our time, relationships, and life and stop living through a screen.

I talk about the times I’ve cared way too much (and probably still do), the expectations I’ve carried, and why adopting a more carefree mindset can feel so freeing when you finally let go. This episode is your reminder that you don’t have to live for everyone else- and that not caring can be one of the most powerful things you do for yourself.
