I'm officially 23, and spoiler alert: I still have absolutely no idea what I'm doing.
This week, we're celebrating another trip around the sun with an exit interview from 22, a few birthday-induced existential crises, and some very questionable decisions. From graduating college and quitting my job to getting into grad school and navigating the never-ending pressure to have it all figured out, we're unpacking the plot twists, lessons, and spirals that made 22 one for the books.
Plus, we're handing out some birthday superlatives, talking about what I want from 23, and embracing a new motto: now or never.
Here's to another year of figuring it out as we go! Hopefully with fewer spirals, but no promises.
Pack your carry-on—we’re going on the road with Yael, an AEPhi Traveling Educational Consultant! We’re unpacking what a TEC actually does, the independence that comes with living out of a suitcase, and the airport disasters she’s survived along the way. Plus, Yael shares her official travel survival guide and answers the ultimate question: would she do it all again?
Happy New Year… to the Jews, of course. This week, I’m talking Rosh Hashanah, turning 23, fresh starts, doing what you want without everyone else’s approval, and the absolute state of the dating scene. Plus, my birthday wish list (Mom, take notes).
What if everything actually works out? This week, we’re talking post-grad pivots, changing your mind, and realizing you can love more than one path. Plus, a reminder that you have time, you don’t need every answer at 22, and no decision has to happen overnight. Then, From the Notes App takes an unexpected trip to HomeSense, and possibly launches my new career in interior design???
Eurosummer dreams: officially completed.
This week, I’m recapping two weeks of Europe, from Madrid to Positano and all the pasta, chaos, and questionable decisions in between. We’re talking hail storms, eating pigeon, a very memorable Nice tour guide, cruise ship antics, and what happens when you share one room with your sister and her boyfriend for almost two weeks.
Basically: Eurosummer but feral.
If you recognize the title, you’re in for a treat. We’re going DEEP on Off Campus today!!!!
This week, we’re discussing the cast, the music, the college chaos, the Dean and Allie twist, Garrett Graham, and the bedroom scene that had absolutely no business being that good.
I cannot get this show out of my head, so now you get to suffer too <3
No, this is not me soft-launching my appearance on Love Island, bc that's just not happening. Instead, we're talking about WHAT is texting you this summer: vacation, new career ideas, and more. 🚢⛱️📸
It's that time of the month (and no, it's not what you think). This week, I’m talking about the post-grad cycle: job searching, making new friends, redownloading Hinge, and figuring out life from scratch. It’s confusing, a little chaotic… but also kind of exciting.
Welcome to the newest cohort of grads. <3
In this episode: I miss work because I’m sick, question my time management, get emotionally wrecked by Noah Kahan, and unpack why an entire movie theater sat in stunned silence for 20 minutes. We’re talking career chaos, pop culture drama, Instagram vs. TikTok, plus a From the Notes App reminder that growth often looks a lot like chaos… allegedly.
I hope this finds you well… because the vibes? Questionable.
This week we’re unpacking everything feeling slightly off, from chaotic social media moments to why it’s almost summer but somehow still feels like February. Then, we get into how to reset: choosing yourself, saying what you need to say, and taking a break from what’s not working (yes, including dating apps).
A little unhinged, a little honest, and straight from my brain to yours.
