Renee is an incredibly lovely lady, and she ALSO is a hairdresser, and she ALSO sells Tupperware. A proper triple threat who I am glad to know. Renee's son John, who you can hear delivering a fairly severe burn in this episode, plays Hugo (Toadie's son) on Neighbours. It's not every day you get groaned at by a celebrity. #blessed

Scott and I worked on a documentary series called Head First, and as part of that we got to spend two weeks living in tents at a Black Rhino sanctuary in Zimbabwe. We both got to hand feed a rhino (here's the proof), and I'm happy to tell you that there aren't many moments in my life that have been better.

The holiday Arty made up is called Food Day. On food day you are allocated a loved one, and you must bring (make or buy or whatever) a dish that you think that person specifically will love. And then everyone shares the delicious food. It is an absolute joy, and a holiday that everybody should celebrate.

My mum came to visit me last weekend, and it was the first time I'd seen her in more than a year because of the pandemic, and it was the BEST. Mum is awesome and funny and fun, and what a delightful thing to realise that you like your Mum as a person as well as a parent.
